Caroline McIntyre
Founder & Director
Caroline is a qualified town planner with over 23 years' planning experience. Prior to setting up Spring in 2016 she was a Director at DP9 Planning Consultants in London advising large property companies, pension funds, housing associations, schools and private individuals.
She has extensive experience working on a range of projects from single dwellings to large scale regeneration projects, and has a strong track record of working alongside clients, project managers and architects to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful planning outcomes.
Ceire Lyell
Associate Director
Ceire is a fully chartered member of the RTPI with 10 years' of development planning experience on complex mixed use, residential and commercial schemes across a range of scales. Before joining Spring, Ceire spent the last 4 years working in house as a Planning Manager for Canary Wharf Group running various projects across Wood Wharf including the delivery of a 600 units PRS scheme, a hotel, multiple retails units and public realm. Prior to that, Ceire spent a number of years working in private practice at Avison Young and Gerald Eve working with clients such as Stanhope, Grosvenor, Crest Nicholson, Aviva, Mitsubishi and Northacre. Ceire has extensive experience of coordinating and project managing design and consultant teams, preparing and coordinating the submission of planning applications, managing local stakeholder engagement, and leading negotiations with local planning authorities.

Mollie Casbon
Consultant
Mollie has 21 years' experience working in both local government and private practice. She started her career as a Planning Officer working at two local authorities in the South-East. Mollie moved into the private sector over 10 years ago and currently advises on a wide range of planning applications, enforcement cases and appeals.

Faye Lord
Consultant
Faye has over 16 years' planning experience of working on projects within London and across England. She has gained experience in many aspects of town planning and development work in the private sector with previous roles at DP9 and Gerald Eve. Faye has worked on numerous planning and listed building applications of varying scale and complexity.

Maggie Boardman
Office Manager
Prior to keeping Spring in order, Maggie spent 20 years in various roles within the financial services industry including project management, tax services, retail banking, financial advice and change management.
