Caroline McIntyre
Founder & Director
Caroline is a qualified town planner with over 24 years' planning experience. Prior to setting up Spring in 2016 she was a Director at DP9 Planning Consultants in London advising large property companies, pension funds, housing associations, schools and private individuals.
She has extensive experience working on a range of projects from single dwellings to large scale regeneration projects, and has a strong track record of working alongside clients, project managers and architects to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful planning outcomes.
Mollie Casbon
Consultant
Mollie has 22 years' experience working in both local government and private practice. She started her career as a Planning Officer working at two local authorities in the South-East. Mollie moved into the private sector over 10 years ago and currently advises on a wide range of planning applications, enforcement cases and appeals.

Prior to embarking on a new career in planning, Maggie spent 20 years in various roles within the financial services industry including project management, tax services, retail banking, financial advice and change management.
