Alterations and extensions including an additional floor, and roof terraces to the existing office building at 15 Berkeley Street and external alterations to 35 Dover Street.
We worked with Officers at Westminster City Council to secure planning permission within a Conservation Area in the heart of Mayfair.
The site is the location of the former Empress Club and while it is not listed itself, it is located in a sensitive heritage context. Views from street level were an important consideration in respect of the proposed additional floors to the building.
We undertook pre-application discussions with Westminster City Council to identify any concerns, then worked with the team to respond to comments. The project is currently on site.
