Redevelopment of this eight hectare brownfield site in Tunstall, Stoke on Trent.

We secured planning permission for a new 175,000 sq.ft warehouse and distribution building, and the associated landscaping works. 

The site is located in a key employment location in Stoke on Trent and the creation of a significant number of new jobs was a key aspect of the application. The site was also located next to a canal and partially within a Conservation Area.
