Planning permission secured for a 31 bedroom scheme in the London Borough of Barnet. The proposals were the subject of extensive pre application discussions with Officers and we worked with architects Studio Anyo to address the comments raised.

Spring coordinated the project alongside the consultant team to address issues with a previous approval on the site, and reach a point of agreement with Officers in respect of key issues including parking provision, massing and affordable housing.
