Working with Birmingham City Council at the pre application and application stages to secure permission for the redevelopment of the former ‘Quality House’ building in Sutton Coldfield.
Located in a highly sensitive position within the town centre, the existing building significantly detracts from the character of the Conservation Area and setting of adjacent listed buildings. The new scheme design by St Pauls Associates delivers a 49 bedroom hotel which will be linked to the adjacent Grade II Townhouse Hotel and Bar.
