Planning permission secured for a package of civic works to Swinton town centre including the provision of a new library and upgrades to the community centre and play park. The key regeneration scheme also delivers 49 new homes, in a mix of unit sizes and tenures.

Spring coordinated the planning submission and continued to work with officers at Rotherham MBC and the consultant team to respond to extensive issues arising during the determination period. Planning permission was secured in late 2022.
