Alterations to the existing building, to create new active frontages, bringing animation and a new identity to what is currently a quiet side street. Enhancing the external appearance and working with the existing openings, as well as significant improvement to the existing building via a number of small but impactful changes.

We secured planning permission for alterations to the existing office buildings at Vine Hill/Roseberry Avenue in the London Borough of Camden. 

This facilitated the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building including  improvements to the outward appearance, making better use of the yard and creating new activity onto Vine Hill.
